The wiring in this house, though functional, must be updated. It ranges from "knob and tube", to zip cord, to sheathed romex run under the house. It is not suited for modern loads and with the 100 years of patching and minor repairs, has some safety concerns, particularly when I start plugging in big power tools.
Phase One is the Service Replacement.
Phase Two is the installation of the new internal breaker box(es).
Phase Three is room by room...replacing the wiring and adding lighting and plugs/switches where required. Each of those rooms will comprise a project, and we'll list them on the Projects index, but we will also index them here.
